Maybe this place is now only great for the movies? .... not sure theres anything here worth going to the mall for anymore 90% of everything is no longer there what few stores still remain are kind of blah ...

This mall was a huge disappointment. We were looking for somewhere cool to spend the afternoon before our flight. The escalator was broken, the family bathroom was closed, the elevator was broken, and there were so many things closed or empty. We were trying to get upstairs to the food court but were unable to due to the rule of “no strollers” on the escalator and the elevator being broken. We ended up just leaving and going to a different mall. The bathrooms we were actually able to find (because the map was wrong with stores listed that weren’t even there) were clean but VERY hidden and away from the general area. This was unsafe for a mom with a baby- I felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this mall and we will not be back.

I was here on December 26th of last year, and to express everything wrong with this mall now, here’s an excerpt from a piece I wrote that had this place involved: "There were closed stores and empty spaces/stands everywhere we looked, the interior sat dirty and disorganized as opposed to its lively and clean exterior, dilapidation and vandalism was apparent throughout both in and outside of the building, the atmosphere felt bleak and uninviting, traversing the place for as long as we (my mom, brother, sister, and I) did was severely unsafe (not just because of the University area’s nature, but also because there were zero security guards or cameras around the place), and the mall itself lay just as dead as the withered plants that inhabited it, being what could only be considered as a perfect metaphor for the absolute state of the mall: abandoned and left to rot, only visited by those who come to see the shell of the mall they once knew." Had a really good experience here! The portions are huge, and the price makes it feel like an amazing deal. Everything we tried was flavorful and cooked well, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. I loved how relaxed and welcoming the place felt—it’s perfect for a casual bite without any fuss. Whether you’re grabbing lunch with friends or sitting down for dinner, it’s a spot that delivers on both quantity and quality. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want a satisfying meal that won’t hurt your wallet. Big portions, good flavors, and excellent service—what’s not to love? I’ll be coming back for sure!

It was quiet when we went, but most of the stores were open. My boyfriend found a great pair of vans for 32 bucks, and we didn't have trouble navigating the mall. The mall inside and outside is clean and neat, and the parking lot is pretty big and open. No shady spots, unfortunately.
